Happy Birthday Mark!!!

Yesterday was Mark's birthday. He says that he was celebrating the 5th anniversary of his 29th birthday. (We'll let you all do the math. We had a wonderful day with breakfast in bed, attending stake conference, having homemade pizza and garlic bread for dinner, going for a hike, talking to family and of course two pumpkin cheese cakes.

Over Thanksgiving I attempted making my first pumpkin cheese cake. It turned out wonderful, so I got daring and made a more complicated recipe for Christmas. Mark loved them both, but said he wouldn't be able to tell me which one was better until he had them side by side. He knows how to get what he wants. Here they are side by side and here is one happy Mark. I will post the winning recipe later.
