Take out or Keep the Trash?

I was fixing the ceiling in the downstairs bathroom, which had been damaged by a leak in the upstairs bathroom and I wanted to have new bathroom fixtures. Mark and I replaced the towel racks, toliet paper holder, and faucet (pictures to come). With all these expenses I wasn't looking forward to paying $30 for a new trash can to match, but I did have this ugly trash can which I decided to give a make over.

With the help of some scrapbooking paper and and little modpodge I ended up with this.

I love it!

Father Daughter Dance

This year only Caitlyn and Hallie were able to attend the Luau Dance with their dad, but that didn't stop them from dancing and enjoying the treats.

We took pictures before the dance. The girls loved their grass skirts, so Mark decided to dress up too.

Sinicrope Baby Shower

I had the pleasure of hosting a baby shower for my friend Jennifer, on Saturday the 14th. It has been such a long time since I've gotten to have a shower at my home and I had a great time preparing for it. These are a few of pictures that we took of the decor.

Aren't these cupcakes yummy? I loved making the cake toppers.

I found this congratulations sign on clearance at Michaels and after

backing the letter with color it matched

perfectly.
