Hallie refuses to wear tights, but always want to be in a dress or skirt. In the summer time I let this go, but it's starting to get colder, so this is a constant fight between us. Today after an all day struggle I got her in her tights before we went to the park, but not 5 minutes after we were home I found her dirty tights sitting on the kitchen counter. When I asked her why she had taken them off she replied that she didn't need them. I responded by asking her if she wasn't cold. She said she wasn't. I turning to Mark, sighed and said, "those bare leggs make me cold." Hallie's response, "Then you wear them."
I think I'm in for some hard years with this one.

I DESPISED tights as a kid and still can't wear them for more than a few hours at a time, so I feel for Hallie. Poor girl... :)
