Christmas Eve to New Years

We have taken so many pictures in the last few days. It is hard to decide which should be posted and which should stay hidden forever. (I may not delete it, but I'm not posting the picture of my buttocks that Mark took. Remind me never to give Mark the camera.)

We'll start off with Christmas Eve. We had the Case family over for dinner, we then walked over to a much smaller trail of lights, near our home.

We then returned for pie, pumpkin cheesecake and ice cream. After our tummies were beyond full we put on our Christmas pageant.

This year Mark was Joseph, Robert Case was the narrarator, Caitlyn was Mary, Austin was the donkey, Reagan was the Angel and Hallie and Colin were the shepherds. We may not be heading to Broadway anytime soon, but it sure was entertaining. The kids then received there Pajamas from Mom and Dad. This was one of the best parts of the whole evening. When they came out to model Caitlyn and Austin's small and medium were in adult sizes (That's what happens when you get up at 4:30 in the morning to shop.) We all had a good laugh for a long time.

On Christmas morning the kids got way too much, but had a wonderful time discovering what was theirs and watching their siblings open the presents they had bought each other. The big hits this year were the trampoline, Caitlyn's new bike, Hallie's babydoll stroller, Reagan's Swing, Colin's clone trooper helmet, and Austin's walkie talkies.

For News Years we invited a few friends over, but due to sickness and work only Robert made it until midnight. But don't you worry the Christiansen kids showed him a great time with our fireworks display.

And that has been our Christmas Vacation. We hope it's been a great one for all of you.

BEAUTIFUL pageant! Miss you! I (late!) just got The Forgotten Carols DVD in the post today and am making Sharona come watch it with me. I don't care if Christmas is "over". I haven't even taken the tree down yet... Wish we could enjoy a holiday together!
